Timesheet Help

    To use Dixon Appointments’ WebBase System to access your online timesheets, you will need a username and password.

    • Your username is your nominated email address.
    • If you forget your password , use "Forgotten Password" link on the log in page and follow the prompts.

    Accessing your current timesheet

    If you need to access your timesheet, please click here and select Available Timesheets.  From here, you can update, review, or submit your timesheet to your supervisor for authorisation.

    • If more than one assignment is listed, make sure you select the appropriate job with the correct dates.
    • If your timesheet is not displayed and this is your first assignment, your details may not yet have been loaded.  Check again later in the day or contact your consultant.

    Have I been paid?

    You will receive an emailed payslip once payment has been remitted. You can log in and check if your timesheet has been authorised.  Click here to open the log-in page. 

    • Submitted Timesheets: if your timesheet is sitting in Submitte Timesheets you have submitted your timesheet, but your supervisor has not yet approved it. 
    • Incomplete Timesheets: Your timesheet has been saved but not yet submitted.
    • Rejected Timesheets: You will need to review the comment from your supervisor, amend your timesheet accordingly and resubmit your timesheet.
    • Expired Timesheets: Unused timesheets can be expired by you or the Dixon team
