To be eligible, please first get consent from the person you’re referring and then:
- Please complete all information fields in the form
- The person you refer must live in the State of Victoria and not already be represented by Dixon Appointments
- We will contact the person you refer, and if both parties agree it’s a good fit for us to represent them, then the referral is successful! That’s it!
If your referral is successful, we’ll send you a pack of delicious Melbourne-made choc-chip bites, and a complimentary coffee card for use at any STREAT café. Plus both you and the person you referred will each go in a draw for the rather excellent prizes mentioned below.

There are two prize vouchers to win – one for referrers, and one for people who are referred.

Prizes cannot be exchanged or varied.
Competition closes midnight Wednesday 17 August 2022. The prizes will be drawn on Monday 22 August 2022 via random number generation, and winners notified by email and phone call.
