What do you love about working in Recruitment?

I have a background in Recruitment back in New Zealand. I enjoy placing people into positions that not only suit their skill sets and experience but also within organisations which foster their professional development and offering opportunities for growth.

Best advice you’ve ever been given?

The best advice my mum has given me is to never give up. She believes when one door shuts, another door opens. Always, always move forward

Best advice for hiring managers?

Always consider candidates that may not look perfect on paper. You can teach people technical skills, but you can’t always teach attitude. Attitude is everything!

Best piece of advice for job seekers?

Update your CV, make sure you spellcheck and don’t make your CV too long. Ask plenty of questions if you are not aware of something.

Favourite way to spend the weekend?

I enjoy outdoor adventures/activities/events with friends and family. I also like kicking back and enjoying a cheeky beverage in the sun with some good vibes.
