Why recruitment?

I have been working in finance management for over 25 years and love what I do!

I love the fast-paced nature of the recruitment industry. My role means I connect with all stakeholders being our team members, clients and candidates, so I have the best of all worlds. I especially enjoy delivering a high level of service to our clients and candidates.

What do you enjoy about Dixon Appointments?

I love being a part of a team with such passion and enthusiasm for what they do.

On a daily basis I witness the positive influence of the relationships we build and the outcomes we achieve for both clients and candidates as a result.

Favourite way to spend the weekend?

I love FOOD and given we’re in Melbourne I am spoilt for choice!

I also enjoy walking my dogs through the many beautiful Melbourne gardens and having a coffee or two at my local haunts.
