What is the worst job you’ve ever had?

Washing dishes (part of the waitressing job) working at one of the Roadhouses on the SA/WA border on the Nullarbor (back in the 70’s).

Most enjoyable roles to recruit?

After 20 years recruiting in business support they are still the ones I enjoy the most. Anything across Administration, Executive Assistants or Events Coordination and Management.

Most challenging role you’ve recruited?

I recruited a Planning & Design Coordinator that proved quite tricky. My client wanted someone with a landscape architecture or urban design background-my partner is a landscape designer so you’d think it might have been easy but in the end I had to throw all the “normal” recruitment processes out the window to find the right person!

Best piece of advice for job seekers?

Make sure that there are no spelling mistakes in your resume! Triple check… it’s a pet hate of mine!

We live on the Mornington Peninsula… what else can I say!?
