Most enjoyable challenge at work?

Because we work across so many different Awards and agreements, applying the different employment conditions and negotiating and managing flexible arrangements is the most challenging- but it keeps things interesting!

What is the worst job you’ve ever had?

It might sound cliché but in reality, even though I have had a couple of jobs that I did not like, I have always learned something from every job I’ve had.

Best piece of advice for job seekers?

Keep in mind the importance of the first impression! It can make or break an interview so dress well, be calm, make eye contact, smile and firm (warm) handshake.

Favourite way to spend the weekend?

I work part time (Mon to Wed) so I’m lucky- every weekend is a long weekend! I try to get all the chores, gym and shopping out of the way on Thursday and Friday so I can free up the weekend for family and catching up with friends.

I also love to have a nice bubble bath with a glass of red wine and just relax!
